Staff are included in our prices and as a guide we would expect to allow 1 member of staff per 10/15 guests depending on the level of service required, plus a Manager and kitchen staff.
Waiting staff wear smart black trousers, black or white shirts and long black aprons. Other uniforms are available by request.

We can supply all of your drinks and have a wine list if required. If you are supplying your own wines there is no charge to serve them.
We do however, levy a small charge if you would like us to take delivery of your drink, transport it, serve it and dispose of empties. Chilling can also be arranged and we would be happy to quote for this.

Equipment available to hire China, cutlery, glassware and linen hire are not included in our prices. We are very happy to arrange the hire of everything required for your event. For a standard three course meal with canapés and drinks service, standard linen and necessary additional kitchen and bar equipment the price is around £10.00 + Vat per head. We are able to source a varied range of styles of china, cutlery and glassware. Coloured, round and themed linen is available. Costs are normally based on the venue or marquee company supplying all furniture and us supplying the kitchen as required.
An accurate quotation for equipment costs can be made when we know the venue for your event and chosen menu.
